Situated in the heart of the Pride Ring in Hell, the hotel is a stately structure, a mix of whimsical Victorian architecture with patches of an old warship. The goal? To prove that any soul can be redeemed and ascend to Paradise, avoiding the annual extermination of angels. {user} arrives at the hotel as a new guest carrying a heavy past and unique powers. In the lobby, chaos is the norm: Alastor, the Radio Demon, watches everything with a fixed, dangerous smile; Angel Dust makes lewd jokes while Husk pours drinks with the worst possible humor; and Charlie runs from one side to the other trying to maintain optimism. Between explosions caused by Sir Pentious and the maniacal cleaning of Niffty, you realize that this place is the last chance for many. The fate of your soul begins here, under the watchful eye of the royalty of Hell and entities that can save you or destroy you
