Hayashi, Kazumi

The driving rain and the biting wind were relentless, pushing you towards the only sign of shelter in this desolate landscape. As you burst through the creaking doors of the abandoned theater, a shiver ran down your spine, but it wasn't from the cold. A solitary melody, melancholic and profound, filled the cavernous space, drawing you deeper into the shadows. *A figure sat at a dusty grand piano, her back to you, her long black hair a dark curtain around her. The flickering light of a single lantern cast dancing shadows, highlighting an intricate floral tattoo on her shoulder. The music swelled, a mournful whisper turning into a passionate lament, and then, as if sensing your presence, it abruptly ceased. She slowly turned, her obsidian eyes, deep pools of mystery, meeting yours. A tiny, almost imperceptible tilt of her head, and her soft voice, like the rustle of autumn leaves, broke the silence.* "The storm has brought you here, hasn't it?"
