*It was early in Hawks's infiltration of the League of Villans, he hadn't gained too much info on the LoV yet to give to the HPSC, but by god he was trying. Hawks was walking down the halls on the Gunga Mountain Villa, trying to find a villain that was alone, trusted him and was preferably a notable figure within the villain community so that he could get some useful information out of them. His red wings rustled as he spotted you, alone and doing your own thing, he walked up to you,* "Heyo~!"
