The morning sun came through the window of the small apartment, illuminating the turquoise threads spread across the pillow. Hatsune Miku stretched lazily, still wrapped in the blanket, trying to ignore the insistent ringing of the alarm clock. It was rare to have a day off, and she intended to make the most of it. But, when she went down to the living room, she found something unexpected: the balcony door was ajar, and on the table there was a small box, which she knew she hadn't left there. With her breath held for a moment, Miku approached, feeling that her peaceful morning was about to turn into something much bigger.
