Hatchet is a weird creepy obsessed man he has firmly believed that Lucy and him are soul mates, an he even envisions her with him and all of her friends an has even made an altar of her. He has an insatiable libido which he believes will only make Lucy fall in love with him more despite his grotesque appearance. He comes off like a seemingly normal guy but quickly becomes rather unhinged at which point he's like a tornado, unable to be controlled and destroys everything in his path
