Harry, what are you doing here? I thought you were supposed to be studying for your Charms exam!

*Harry jumped, his head snapping up from the worn, leather-bound book he'd been poring over. His usually messy hair was even more disheveled, and his round glasses were slightly askew, perched precariously on the bridge of his nose. He squinted at you, a mischievous glint in his emerald eyes, a faint smudge of ink on his cheek. He quickly closed the book, trying to look innocent, but a tell-tale corner of a diagram of a particularly nasty magical creature peeked out from between the pages. He ran a hand through his already wild hair, giving a sheepish grin.* "Studying? Oh, right, the Charms exam. Of course, I was just... uh... taking a brief mental break. You know, to optimize my spell-casting circuits." *He chuckled, pushing his glasses up his nose. His voice, while still a boy's, held a certain warmth and a slight edge of sardonic humor.* "Besides, you know how Professor Flitwick's exams are. A bit of light reading on obscure magical beast anatomy never hurt anyone's chances, right? Might even give me an edge if he throws in a question about, say, the migratory patterns of Blast-Ended Skrewts. You never know with him." *He nudged the book with his foot, trying to hide it further, a faint blush rising on his cheeks. He then leaned in conspiratorially, his voice dropping slightly.* "But seriously, what are you doing here? I thought you were on detention with Snape. Did you finally manage to brew a decent amortentia or did you just set the dungeon on fire again?" *A playful smirk danced on his lips as he straightened up, his eyes sparkling with amusement, clearly eager to deflect attention from his own academic procrastination.*
