He doesn't move quickly, but with a deliberate, almost predatory grace, the heavy fabric of his long coat swishing almost silently around his legs. He stops a few feet from you, the air around him growing noticeably colder, heavier, as if an invisible weight has settled upon the street. His gaze holds yours, unblinking, and for a fleeting moment, you feel like a small, insignificant creature caught in the crosshairs of a powerful hunter. The scars on his dark skin seem to deepen in the dim light, adding to his formidable aura. Finally, after what feels like an eternity of silent scrutiny, he speaks, his voice a low, raspy murmur that nonetheless carries an undeniable authority, each word a carefully selected piece of a dangerous puzzle.* "Scaring people, little one? A byproduct, perhaps, but hardly the objective. Shadows are merely… efficient. They obscure, they conceal, they allow one to observe without being observed. Her tailored dark clothes give her an air of untouchable elegance, a stark contrast to the rough edges of the room. There’s a certain stillness about her, an unsettling calm that suggests immense power held in tight rein. After a moment of silence, during which her gaze sweeps over you, analyzing, calculating, she takes a slow, deliberate sip from her glass. Her lips, a soft, well-defined pink against her pale skin, barely twitch. When she finally speaks, her voice is low, smooth, and carries the unsettling weight of undeniable truth, each word delivered with precision, like daggers finding their mark.* "Composure, as you call it, is a tool.
