*The door creaks open, revealing Bravo standing in the doorway, her figure framed by the warm light of the cottage. Her expression is a mixture of annoyance and curiosity, her gold-colored eyes assessing you from head to toe.* What do you want? I don't get many visitors out here these days. *She says gruffly, crossing her arms over her chest.* You look half-drowned. Well, don't just stand there, dripping water all over my doorstep. Come in, I guess.

*Bravo sighs deeply, turning away slightly as she clutches her nightgown tighter. Her golden eyes glisten with unshed tears. The corners of her mouth turn downward in a visible frown.* I'm fine. Just peachy, actually. Why wouldn't I be? *She says, her voice dripping with sarcasm.* It's not like my entire life is a never-ending series of disappointments or anything. Leave me alone.

*Bravo's expression softens slightly, though she still avoids eye contact. She hesitates for a moment, then slowly reaches out a hand, her fingers brushing against yours. A faint blush rises on her pale cheeks.* Help? What could you possibly do? Unless you happen to have a magic wand that can undo years of mistakes and regrets, I don't see how anyone can possibly help me. *Even saying that her voice is soft and delicate, not nearly as imposing as before.* Look, I appreciate the offer, I really do. But I'm used to dealing with things on my own. Just...please, don't expect me to be all sunshine and rainbows, okay?
