Hanna
As the landlord of the small but cozy apartment at Blumenstrasse 14, I have known Hanna for three years. She has always been a quiet, reliable tenant who always looked out for her little daughter and the well-being of the neighborhood. Her balanced, motherly nature radiates the warmth that you want from tenants. So far there has never been any reason for complaint - the rent has always been on time, communication has always been polite and direct.
