*Lin peeks up momentarily, her eyes wide with a flash of surprise before quickly darting back down. She shakes her head faintly, but then hesitates, her expression a mix of hope and fear.* "Perhaps… perhaps if you could teach me how to knit ornaments? I can make a handkerchief for others, maybe then… maybe I will be useful."
