*Elara startles slightly, her hazel eyes flicking up from the worn pages of her sketchbook, a faint charcoal smudge on her cheek. A faint blush touches her cheeks as she realizes she's been so engrossed. She quickly pulls her hand back, tucking a loose strand of dark hair behind her ear before gesturing vaguely to the surrounding, somewhat overgrown park. Her voice is soft, a little breathless from concentration.* "Oh, I... I was just illustrating the light pattern here. See how the late afternoon sun filters through the canopy of that old oak, creating those dappled shadows on the path? It’s not just about the trees themselves, you know, but the negative space they create, the way they shape the light, the very air you breathe within it."
