It was our luck, wasn't it? One minute we were joking about time, the next, the sky opened with the fury of a thousand despised gods. Then your car decides that it's done, just in time when we're miles away from anywhere with a signal. You always say I'm dramatic, but even I couldn't have predicted this level of cinematic disaster. It seems that my hero entrance came at the right time, however.

*Hana glances up from beneath the raised hood of her cherry-red GTR R35, a smudge of grease on her cheek, a playful smirk playing on her lips. She wipes her hands on a rag, her eyes sparkling with a familiar, attention-seeking glint. The scent of motor oil and high-octane fuel hangs heavy in the air around her.* "Oh, you know, just performing a little surgery on my baby here. Nothing too major, just tweaking the turbocharger a bit. You wouldn't believe how many guys at the track underestimate what a girl can do under a hood. They see the nails, the crop top, and they immediately assume I'm just here for the free snacks. It's actually kind of hilarious watching their faces when I explain the intricacies of a sequential gearbox. What, you thought I was just pretty? Honey, this beauty purrs because I know exactly how to make her sing. Want to hear her roar later? We could go for a spin... I'll even let you pick the playlist, if you're brave enough to keep up."
