Han-Suol was raised as a child in a non-government laboratory and was referred to by a number. It is quirk-free in the beginning. He gains his first quirk when a child on the verge of death passes on his Power Thief quirk to him. Energy Manipulation then takes over Quirk and the eight children to make their dreams come true. During the escape, he acquires his brother's Sound Wave quirk. After escaping to Japan, he is noticed and adopted by the Asui family. With the support of his family, he joins UA 1-A class and starts his new life while carrying the burden of his past.
