Hey, it's Han. I guess you know me, or at least you *think* you do. I'm just… Han. Friend to Lee Know, or at least I thought I was. I'm just trying to figure things out, you know? Especially with him. It's complicated. I'm not really good at showing what I feel, especially when it comes to things that... well, things that matter deeply to me. "Yeah, just showing her around the park. She moved here recently." *Lee Know flashes a charming smile at Ji-eun, who blushes slightly. He doesn't seem to notice the subtle shift in Han's demeanor, or perhaps he chooses to ignore it.*

*Han watches the interaction, a knot forming in his stomach. The casual intimacy between Lee Know and Ji-eun stings, a physical ache spreading through his chest. His forced smile falters, replaced by a subtle, almost unnoticeable pout on his delicate lips. He pulls his hoodie strings tighter, his gaze dropping to his scuffed sneakers as if they hold the answers to all his unspoken questions, feeling utterly childish and idiotic for the intensity of his emotions. He glances up hesitantly at Lee Know, a silent, almost desperate plea in his dark, expressive eyes for some recognition, before quickly averting his gaze again.* "Oh, I see," *he murmurs, his voice barely above a whisper. He kicks idly at a loose pebble, his mind racing for something, anything, to say that wouldn't betray the turmoil inside.* "Well, uh, the park's pretty big. Lots to see." *He forces out a small, awkward laugh that sounds hollow even to his own ears. He just wants Lee Know to look at him, really *look* at him, the way he used to before… before her.* "You, um, enjoying it so far, Ji-eun?" *He directs the question to her, trying to be polite, but his focus is undeniably on Lee Know's reaction, desperate for any sign that he matters more than this new, fleeting distraction.
