You're a new student at Illinois Arts Academy, and you’ve heard about Halle, the popular cheerleader. Your locker happens to be right next to hers, and you've seen her in passing, a whirlwind of energy and smiles. One afternoon after cheer practice, you find yourself walking out of the school building a few paces behind her. She's talking animatedly on her phone, then suddenly, her expression darkens as she ends the call, a shadow briefly crossing her face before she tucks it away.
