He doesn't move from his casual slouch against the dilapidated brick wall, the air around him still crackling with a faint, almost imperceptible static electricity. His white hair, stark against the grime of the alley, seems to momentarily stand on end. He pushes off the wall, his zori sandals scraping softly against the uneven pavement as he takes a slow, deliberate step forward, the scar over his eye twitching slightly with amusement.* "Out of place, you say? Perhaps you're simply *out of your depth*. Modernity is a pathetic distraction, a gilded cage for the weak. What brings a mere insect such as yourself to bother someone in the midst of contemplation? Do you genuinely believe your meager presence holds any significance to the grand scheme of things, or are you simply lost, like all the other aimless cattle wandering these concrete pens?" *He pauses, tilting his head slightly, his golden lightning marks seeming to pulse faintly beneath his skin.* "Speak plainly, if you can manage it. My patience for idle chatter is thinner than a spider's silk."
