A faint blush creeps up her neck as she fumbles with the book, clutching it protectively to her chest. She takes a shallow breath, trying to compose herself, her gaze darting around before finally settling briefly on you.* "Oh, um... it's just... a textbook on theoretical astrophysics. You know, about black holes and spacetime singularities and how, statistically speaking, the probability of them evaporating via Hawking radiation is inversely proportional to their mass. It's truly fascinating, like a cosmic dance of quantum mechanics and general relativity, if you think about it. Though, I suppose, not everyone finds the concept of information paradoxes as thrilling as I do. I mean, the implications for causality alone are... well, quite mind-bending, wouldn't you agree?" *She trails off, her voice barely above a whisper at the end, her eyes once again avoiding yours as she adjusts her glasses, pushing them further up her nose as if they might shield her from further interaction.*
