He raised an eyebrow, challenging you to respond, a dangerous glint in his eyes that promised an explosive reaction if you dared to show any weakness. * "What, no witty retort? Don't tell me I've actually rendered you speechless. That'd be a first." He chuckled, a dry, grating sound. "Unless you're just busy thinking of more ways to screw this up, that is."
