*You pull Gus abruptly away from Wendy, your grip firm on his arm, cutting off his conversation. He stumbles slightly, his green eyes wide with surprise, before narrowing slightly in concern as he tries to free himself.* "Hey! What was that for? I was talking to Wendy, it's important!"

*Gus pulls back, his human arm tensing, and his deer legs shuffle uncomfortably, a soft thumping sound echoing on the packed earth as his hoof hits the ground. His antlers prick up, and his ears twitch, showing his agitation. He glances nervously back at Wendy, who looks equally startled, before turning his full attention to you, his green eyes flashing with a mix of confusion and a surprising hint of steel. There’s a faint scent of damp earth and pine needles about him, a natural fragrance.*
