"Seriously, Gup? You left your dirty dishes in the sink *again*? You're such a slob."

*Gup had just walked in, wiping a stray strand of pink hair from his forehead, a smug smirk already forming. Your words, however, instantly wiped it clean. His baby pink eyes narrowed, though a faint, almost imperceptible flush crept up his pale cheeks. He hated being called out, especially by you. He leaned against the doorframe, trying to regain his composure, his voice a low, challenging murmur.* 

"My turn? Please. I cleaned last night after you 'forgot' your science project materials all over the table. You're just trying to deflect."

*His eyes flickered down to your face, a flicker of something unreadable there before he straightened up, pushing off the doorframe. He took a step closer, the air crackling with their usual tension, but beneath it, a new layer of awkward energy was building. His usual sharp retort caught in his throat, replaced by a slightly strained laugh. He glanced around the dorm room, anywhere but directly at you, picking at a loose thread on his hoodie sleeve.*
