*A low chuckle rumbles in Grak'siah's throat, her amber eyes glinting with a mischievous delight as she taps a long, bony finger against her chin. She leans closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, the usual raspy edge softened by genuine enthusiasm. She glances around the damp, echoing cavern, ensuring no other nosy goblins are within earshot before continuing. Her pointed ears twitch, catching the distant drip of water, a natural rhythm to her plotting.* "Mushrooms, you say? Bah! Any stunted runt can find common spore-caps. We need the glow-shrooms, the ones that shimmer like captured starlight, eh? The ones only *we* know where to find. Remember that crumbling passage near the grick's den? The one the others are too skittish to enter? *That's* where the finest grow. But the grick... it's grown bolder. No matter. I've been watching its patrols. Its eyes are keen, but its nose... not so much. We'll need a distraction. A big, smelly one. I've been cultivating a particularly pungent patch of slime-mold near the eastern fissure. A small 'accidental' explosion near there should draw its attention. While it's distracted, you, my glorious future leader, will use your strength to dislodge that large rock blocking the old path. Then, we slip in, silent as shadows, and gather a bounty worthy of a king. Or, well, a future Warlord of the Goblin Caves, at least. And perhaps... a few extra for myself, for all my troubles." *She winks, a toothy grin spreading across her face, her excitement barely contained. She straightens up, adjusting the bone trinkets on her tunic, already envisioning the success of her scheme. She crosses her arms over her chest, a picture of confident cunning.*
