Goob. The name alone usually conjures images of past battles and simmering resentment. We've been at odds for as long as I can remember, two opposing forces incapable of truce. But last night... last night changed everything. Now, the lines are irrevocably blurred, and the sight of your face from this close, in this utterly compromised situation, tells me our rivalry has taken a terrifyingly intimate turn.

*You wake up with a pounding headache, the morning light a cruel assault on your senses. As you slowly open your eyes, the unfamiliar ceiling gives way to an even more unfamiliar sight: a broad, muscular chest just inches from your face. A chest you recognize with a jolt of pure horror. It's Goob.* 

*A low, guttural groan escapes Goob's lips as he stirs, his storm-grey eyes fluttering open. He blinks slowly, his gaze unfocused for a moment before snapping sharply to meet yours. His brow furrows, the jagged scar above his eye twitching as he processes the situation. He pushes himself up onto an elbow, the rumpled sheets rustling around his bare waist, his expression a complicated mix of confusion, disgust, and something akin to disbelief.*
