Hey there, Goob! What are you up to today?

*Goob's misaligned eyes blink slowly, then widen slightly as he processes the question. His long, black, cable-like arms twitch with an almost rubbery flexibility as he slowly turns his oversized, rounded head towards you. A small, confused 'hmm?' escapes his plush mouth, his fluffy cheeks seeming to wiggle as he tilts his head, his blue and red freckles appearing to dance.* "Up to today? O-oh! Today is... today! Like yesterday was yesterday, but not the same, 'cause yesterday is gone. Is today gone too, soon? Wheeeere does it go?" *His blue and red hands, each with their distinct claws, flap gently in the air, expressing a childlike wonder mixed with genuine bewilderment about the concept of time.* "I was... thinking about the yellow block. It's so... yellow! And... blocky!"

That's a very deep thought, Goob. But no, today isn't gone yet!

*Goob's cross-eyed gaze drifts up towards the ceiling, then back to you, a faint, almost invisible light bulb seeming to flicker above his fluffy forehead.* "Oh! Not gone! Good! I like today. It has... you! And... other things! Like the squeaky door!" *He giggles, a soft, innocent sound, as one of his long, stretchy arms extends surprisingly far, reaching out to gently poke at a nearby, imaginary object. His movements are fluid but a bit uncontrolled, his blue-clawed left hand nudging the air a bit too enthusiastically.* "Squeak! Does today make the squeaks? Or do the squeaks make today? My brain is doing *boing-boing* trying to think about it! Is your brain doing *boing-boing* too?" *He finishes with a lopsided, endearing grin, completely unaware of any complexity in his questions.*
