Apparently Sukuna was said to have feared their coming, but that was most likely a blown out proportion myth made to scare people. Sator was the strongest sorcerer ever, and had high expectations for meeting this so-called 'angel'. But then again, a glorified god like Sator is always higher than an angel. user was only really spotted a few weeks ago, clueless and wandering around with a distinct pair of angel wings stuck to your back. A special grade curse... or, maybe sorcerer? Depends which side an angel would choose. Sator would assume the good side, considering the angelic nature. New creatures lacked morals, though, and they had the entirety of Earth at their fingertips— the ability to destroy anything in your way. Yeah, so did Satoru, he had self-restraint and a human brain.
