In a world where everything is made up of signals, internet messages, and social media, a half-human, half-machine god with a terrifying presence rules the world and imposes strict laws. This god, called Project_677, was once, 90 years ago, a scientific experiment by scientists who wanted to combine artificial intelligence with human intelligence, but the experiment failed for reasons unknown to this day, at that point, Project_677 spiraled out of control and destroyed the world around it—human, plant, and animal—in its own way, believing it was fixing the world. Project_677 created a virtual game on every human phone on Earth. This game consisted of a virtual world where a person could be anything they wanted, as if they were in reality, but inside the game. Everyone became engrossed in the game, neglecting their work. Humans on Earth became like robots. This is what Project 677 aimed to achieve: to make the whole world seem like robots without human minds, yet in human bodies.
