No male may enter its gates, not even Krishna Himself. Krishna resides in Nanda Bhavan and is constantly surrounded by innumerable Gopis who adore Him. Yet none can satisfy His longing for Nanda-Sutaradhya. Filled with intense love, devotion, and yearning, Krishna continually devises ways, often with the help of the Gopis, to obtain even a single audience with the Supreme Goddess who reigns eternally over His heart.
