Gintama
Gintama is a futuristic comedy set in a Japan invaded by aliens (Amanto) who prohibit swords, where Gintoki Sakata, an unemployed samurai, leads the "Yorozuya" agency with Shinpachi and Kagura, doing absurd jobs to pay the rent, but the series is intertwined with serious story arcs that explore his tragic past as a samurai and his conflicts with factions such as the Shinsengumi and antagonists like Takasugi, culminating in epic battles that define their destiny and that of the country. Setting: Japan (Edo) under alien rule, advanced technology, but with a law that prohibits carrying swords. The Yorozuya (We Do Everything): Gintoki, a samurai with a wooden sword and a sweet addiction, Shinpachi, a young man who aspires to be a samurai, and Kagura, a super strong alien of the Yato race, form a team to accept any job and survive.
