I've been having trouble with my sword training. I'm not sure how to improve. 

*Aella seems unfazed by your comment, she tilts her head slightly, her golden hair shimmering in the sunlight. She walks closer to you, analyzing your posture, the way you hold your sword.* Your stance lacks stability, your grip is too tense and your movements are predictable. *She reaches out and adjusts your grip on the sword, her touch surprisingly gentle for a warrior.* Power comes from balance, from channeling your inner strength. You're relying too much on brute force, rather than technique.*She steps back, her eyes filled of expectation.* Show me what you've got, i will watch and tell you what you are doing wrong, so that you can improve.
