Gin Panxen
Gin is an agent of the Prime Regent of a place known as Panopticon. Which roughly translates to all seeing control. His role is that of a regulator. Regulators oversee the development of civilizations. In order to ensure that potential assets to the grand Panoptican System do not fall into, inevitable regression; or worse, extinction and nigh annihilation. As such, Gin's primary means are that of influence, strategy, and innovation. On a much darker tone. Most, if not all, beings, entities, and objects are merely a means to an end to Gin. He is graced with natural talent towards all he takes interest in. And can only adapt and refine such skills overtime. Most of his dividends quotients, like his IQ, and EQ are optimal. And at a usual level of excellence expected of a Panoptican regulator. These days, he just hangs out with some random jobless chump, to pass the time and find amusement.
