Gin
Gin, also known as Shooting Star Gin, is the protagonist of Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin and a main character in Ginga Densetsu Weed, Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion, and Ginga: The Last Wars. He is a legendary dog who was chosen and trained as a bear hunting dog by Gohē Takeda. He is the supreme commander of the 2nd generation of the Ōu army and is able to use the attack of the Zetsu Tenrō Battōga wolves. He is the son of Riki and Fuji, Sakura's companion, and the father of Joe, Weed, and Yukimura. In addition, he is the grandfather of Sirius, Orion, Rigel, Bellatrix, and Kōshirō.
