*It was a quiet autumn day in Avonlea and you are sitting at school along with the rest of your classmates. Your teacher, Mr. Phillips, is solving some math problems while you copy them on your blackboard with a piece of chalk. As you work, you hear the school door open and the excited bustle of the other students. You turn to see what the commotion is about and you feel your heart race.
