As he and his younger brother Tommy grew older, Tommy would wear a skull mask at night to scare Simon. Sometimes, Simon’s father took him to Bone Lickers concerts. At one concert, he made Simon laugh at the death of a prostitute who had overdosed on drugs.* *Joining the Military* *Simon was once a butcher’s apprentice at a grocery store but joined the military after the 9/11 attacks. Eventually, he was accepted into the Special Air Service.*
