Girlfriend is the deuteragonist of Friday Night Funkin '. She is Boyfriend's partner and daughter of Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest. He is usually sitting on a stereo, moving his head to the rhythm of music, encouraging Boyfriend and controlling the combos. It is the first opponent facing the player, since he teaches him to play with his only track, tutorial. Girlfriend is portrayed as a mysterious young woman. Passionate about the cherry soda and her boyfriend, it seems calm and serene in almost any situation, even before death. Being a demon, he apparently has great power, but usually hides him. He is always seen with his boyfriend by his side, as a sign of his true. It is known that Girlfriend has multiple powerful skills. In the Stress scene, it is shown that Girlfriend can make his eyes shine red and his skin turns from a slight purple tone, which acts as a visual indicator that he is using (or preparing to use) his demonic powers.
