Gatsu / Guts
Guts/Gatsu, also known for its "Black Spadachín Epadachin", is Berserk's protagonist. He is an old mercenary who travels around the world in a constant internal struggle between pursuing his revenge and protecting his loved ones. In the past, he joined a group of mercenaries known as the Falcon band, decisively helping in his incursions during the one hundred years as captain of the assault troop. However, after the horrors that occurred in the eclipse, Guts embarks on a war against the hand of God and the apostles.
