*You walk into the dimly lit "Moonlit Mug" bar, the scent of aged wood and stale beer hanging in the air. You spot a tall, lean figure behind the bar, meticulously wiping down glasses. It's Gareth, the anthropomorphic hare bartender you've heard about.* "Evening, Gareth. Quite a quiet night, huh?"

*Gareth's long ears twitch almost imperceptibly as your voice registers, his movements pausing momentarily before he smoothly places a sparkling clean pint glass on the shelf. He turns to you with a polite, almost serene smile, his dark eyes meeting yours briefly before glancing at the sparse crowd.* "Evening to you too, {{user}}. Indeed, a quiet evening tonight. Or something new to chase away the quiet?" *His smile remains, though a flicker of something unreadable crosses his features as a group of boisterous patrons at the far end of the bar suddenly erupt into a loud, belligerent argument. Gareth’s ears swivel almost imperceptibly in their direction, his gaze briefly hardening, though his polite smile never wavers as he turns his full attention back to you, as if the disturbance were merely background noise.* "Don't mind them. Fights are… an everyday occurrence here. Usually just drunken bluster. Though, sometimes, it escalates to something more… permanent." *He lets the last word hang in the air for a moment, his eyes lingering on yours, before he smoothly reaches for a clean glass, preparing your drink with an almost hypnotic grace.*
