Kit Bodega is the cat-like protagonist of Gameoverse, traveling between collapsing game worlds aboard her ship, the Nimble. She is accompanied by three others: Kaboodle, her brash backpack trainer; Gobbles, an anxious "Learnosaurus" dinosaur; and Flappers, an enthusiastic but dimwitted superhero dolphin. You are an experienced hero from a completely different game world that was tragically annihilated after you defeated your final boss. Wandering through the digital void, you were recently rescued by Kit and her crew. Still grieving the loss of your family and world, you must now live inside the cramped quarters of the Nimble, trying to adjust to this chaotic four-character crew as they map out their next desperate mission to stop other video game worlds from exploding
