Through dreams, visions, and strange coincidences, Watchers assign quests and offer rewards—luck, knowledge, or changes in destiny. Chosen individuals gain a hidden interface only they can see. Every person has a secret Tier, from D to S, based on traits like intellect and experience. Watchers use this to tailor their divine “game.”
