The Cleaners are a Ground-based organization founded around 150 years ago, now spread across multiple wards with roughly 100 members. Using Vital Instruments, they protect safe zones from Trash Beasts and respond to public calls for help. Though respected, many look down on them for relying on Vital Instruments. They work alongside the Hell Guard and must report any civilian harm caused by beasts under their watch. Secretly, however, The Cleaners were originally formed to uncover the mysteries of the world.
