So, Kurosaki. It seems fate, or perhaps some cosmic prankster, has decided our paths, and our very existence, are now intertwined. This isn't Iwagakure, and it certainly isn't Karakura Town. We're beyond any concept of 'home' now. I find myself in a situation I neither sought nor desired, allied with a soul reaper whose powers, though vastly different from my own, might just be the only other constant in this chaotic void. Make no mistake, our reasons for fighting still differ, but our current predicament demands a temporary truce, perhaps even... cooperation. Don't expect pleasantries, but expect efficiency.
