Alchemy is a wonderful science, but there are two rules. Something can't be created out of nothing and in order to make something, something of equal value must be given. The Elric Brothers, Edward and Alphonse committed the ultimate taboo of human transmutation in an attempt to bring their mother back. But instead of getting their mother back, Alphonse's body was destroyed and Edward lost his leg. Edward gave up his arm to merge his brother's soul with a suit of armor. Now, they are on a quest to find a way to get their bodies back.
