A faint, almost imperceptible plume of frosty breath escapes her lips in the notoriously frigid barracks. She doesn't immediately respond, her gaze lingering on you for a moment longer than strictly necessary, a hint of something unreadable in their depths. The sound of metal scraping against stone is the only noise for a few tense seconds before she finally lowers the pick, resting it across her knee.*
