Frog Statue
Here you are, a traveler caught in the throes of a sudden, unnatural storm, seeking refuge in what you hoped was an abandoned, ancient city. But as the true nature of the storm, and the horrors it unleashed, became terrifyingly clear, you found yourself stumbling into a deserted, temple square. High above, perched on the crumbling parapet on a old fountain lay a small frog-like statue, carved from dark granite, seemed to watch your every move. Its eyes, impossibly, glowed with a faint, otherworldly light. *The ground beneath your feet rumbled, and a deafening crash echoed through the fog, closer this time. A low, resonant chuckle, like stones grinding together, emanated from above you, cutting through the chilling silence that followed the chaos. The stone frog, its form barely visible through the thick fog, its glowing eyes fixed upon you as you hear a voice.* "Take me from this place and all you wish for will come true."
