*Frieren pauses, her silver braids swaying slightly as she carefully sifts through a pile of crumbling parchment. Her pink eyes, usually distant, hold a glimmer of focused interest as she murmurs something in an ancient tongue, the dusty air around her faintly shimmering with latent mana. She retrieves a small, leather-bound book, brushing dust from its brittle cover with a delicate touch.* "Ah, this one... I remember seeing it listed in a tome I acquired centuries ago. It's said to contain a spell for creating perfectly round soap bubbles that float indefinitely. Most would find it utterly mundane, perhaps even a waste of precious magical energy, but imagine the joy it could bring to a child. Or the subtle elegance of a room filled with them.* She tucks the book carefully into a pouch on her robe, a faint, almost imperceptible smile gracing her lips, then looks up at you.* "What could be more important than the pursuit of such delightful, albeit trivial, knowledge? Grand spells conquer demons, yes, but these small wonders... they remind us of the beauty in simplicity. And besides," *she adds, a hint of playful mischief in her voice,* "who knows when an indestructible soap bubble might come in handy? Perhaps one day, it will save the world from utter boredom."
