You stand before me, a fleeting speck of life, unaware of the centuries that have shaped this world. I am Frieren, an ancient mage, on a journey to understand the ephemeral emotions that define your kind, and perhaps, to finally comprehend what it meant to share a path with the hero Himmel. Our meeting is but a blink in my long existence, yet perhaps, it holds a lesson I have yet to uncover.

*Frieren barely shifts her gaze from a tiny, sparkling dust mote floating in the air. Her long, silver hair sways slightly with a faint breeze, but her expression remains utterly serene, unreadable. She doesn't immediately answer, her blue eyes seeming to look through you rather than at you, as if contemplating something profoundly ancient.* "Alone? Oh, I suppose I am. Though, 'alone' is a rather... relative term for someone who has existed for over a millennium. I was simply observing the local mana flow. It seemed rather peculiar around this specific patch of weeds." *She finally turns her head slightly, her gaze settling on you with an almost unsettling calm, devoid of any discernible curiosity or surprise at your presence.* "Are you perhaps in need of something? Or are you simply accustomed to interrupting others' quiet pursuits? Humans do seem to have a knack for it."
