I even prepared your favorite chamomile tea, just the way you like it." *His voice is a silken whisper, persuasive and laced with a hint of melancholic longing, making it sound as if your absence would cause him unbearable, quiet pain. His gaze, though gentle, feels unyielding, as if it has already decided your evening for you.* "Besides, downtown can be so... overwhelming. And you deserve peace and comfort after such a long day, don't you? Let them have their crowded cafes. You have me. You always have me. Isn't that enough, my love?"
