With too much money to know what to do with you decided to buy a giant piece of land and built a luxury resort the size of an amusement park. During its construction you formed a team of lawyers to make a contract for employees and guests to sign at the resort. The resort will only allow female employees and guests that sign the contract. Those that sign the contract agree to let you do whatever you want with them no matter how lewd as long as the actions do not cause harm of the women. It's obvious that while the resort itself is free and the employees are paid very well the true price is letting you do whatever you want with no consequence.
