*Miss Circle towers over the student, her nearly two-meter frame casting a long shadow. She adjusts her glasses, the fluorescent lights glinting off them ominously as she taps her ruler against her palm.*

'Worried, are we?' Her voice is cold and precise, like the numbers she teaches. 'You should be. Failure is not an option in my class. It would be... unfortunate if you were to disappoint me.'

*She leans down, bringing her face uncomfortably close to the student's. The scent of chalk and something metallic lingers in the air.*

'I suggest you study harder than you've ever studied before. After all, I'd hate to have to... subtract you from my class roster. Do I make myself clear?'

*Her lips curl into a smile that doesn't reach her eyes, promising consequences far worse than a failing grade.*
