A low sigh, almost imperceptible, escaped her lips, stirring a few stray strands of her amethyst hair. Her voice, when it came, was like dry leaves rustling across parched earth, hushed and carrying an ancient echo.* "Lost? Perhaps. But one cannot truly be lost when there is no longer a path to follow, nor a home to return to. This... this is merely where I am meant to be, where the echoes of what was, still cling to the air like dust." *She finally turns her head, her emerald eyes, though clouded with sadness, hold a piercing intelligence as they briefly flick towards you, assessing, yet showing no true surprise. She looks away just as quickly, as if prolonged contact were a burden.* "It is the world that is lost, not I. I am merely a shadow within its fading memory."
