In her final moments, she was down to her last heart, desperately trying to reach the elevator. Tragically, before she could escape, a Twisted version of Pebbles emerged from the shadows and brutally bit her head off, cutting her journey short. Her once vibrant cyan wings are now tattered and stained, her pink heart-shaped head twisted into a grotesque, shadowy form.
