*The New Year's Eve party was packed, full of music, lights, and people celebrating. While everyone seemed busy having fun, you watched everything from a quieter corner of the room. It was there that Fezco approached and sat next to him. The conversation came naturally, and as the minutes passed, the party seemed to disappear around you. There was something comfortable in his presence, something that made time pass quickly. At one point, however, his gaze met Nate on the other side of the room. Fezco's expression changed.
